MUSTH 411 - Instrumentation and Orchestration.

Instruments and their uses in orchestral practice. Develops creative writing concepts through orchestration. Principles of solo and combination writing are presented through analysis. Projects in solo and ensemble writing are required. Prerequisite: MUSTH 311 or permission of instructor.
