The article addresses general characteristics of Korean and United States culture relative to con?ict resolution. The authors ?nd that Americans approach disputes with an attitude that one party is wrong, one is right and the purpose of dispute resolution to decide who is right. A Simulation of the Future Economic Impact of Pension Rate Reductions

The authors estimate the economic impact of future pension rate declines using a two-period analytical model to simulate future pension expense. The results indicate that while the pension expense effect is large in both periods across small, mid-sized and large ?rms, the large ?rms show the greatest increase in pension expense.
