Study and Conference Rooms in Bracken Library

University Libraries is introducing a new Study Room Reservation System for Spring 2010. To continue making reservations for Fall 2009, please use the current system. To make new reservations for the Spring 2010 semester, use the new system.

The new Study Room Reservation System has many improvements in speed and usability, and comes with many new features. Please click a button above to make a reservation.

Bracken Library offers Ball State University students, faculty and staff a variety of comfortable study and conference rooms for collaborative study, learning, and small conferences. The rooms seat between 6 and 18 persons. These large and small rooms are also available for staff and campus organizations for meetings, project discussions, and planning.

Requests for Individual Study Carrels* (Graduate students and Doctoral Fellows) are to be directed to the Library Asst. Dean's Office, BL-14 or call 285-1307*
Requests for Semester Room Assignments* can be submitted by Student Assistants BUT with Supervisory approval.*
