Things to keep in mind:

  • You can expect a response within the next business day.
  • Appointment requests submitted after 3:00 p.m. on Friday and over the weekend may not receive a response until the following Monday.
  • This service is intended primarily for Ball State students, staff, and faculty. BSU alumni, emeriti, Indiana Academy students, Burris students (grades 9-12), and visiting students and faculty from other Indiana universities are also permitted to use this service.

Please list at least three different dates and times when you are available to meet with a librarian. Appointments are available Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. (Appointments may be available after 6 p.m. Monday - Thursday, but will require additional time to schedule.) In order to allow for necessary communication and preparation time, appointments usually cannot be scheduled for the same day a request is made.
