1. Find the article citation in a database such as the Avery Index to Architectural Periodicals


2. Check CardCat or use the Find It @ BSU button to see if the journal is in the University Libraries.

• Use keyword searches to find the subjects that will pull together articles on your topic.
• Look for the "index terms," "search terms," or "descriptors" that the database uses to assign subjects to an article and use them in your search strategy.
• Search for multiple forms of architect, designer, firm, building, and site names.
