Submit this form to get course descriptions for classes taken at Ball State University. If you need more than five course descriptions you may submit multiple forms.

Note: The Archives will provide up to 20 pages of photocopies free of charge. Requests for more than 20 pages of photocopies will be charged $0.10 per page, starting at page 1. If your request is more than 20 pages, we will contact you concerning payment prior to making copies. Please note that undergraduate course descriptions from 1998 to present are available online from the Ball State University Undergraduate Catalog at http://web.bsu.edu/catalog/.
