The new PowerPoint Generator for the DMR offers an easy way to rapidly download images from the Architecture Images Collection into a PowerPoint presentation. This new, web-based application replaces the PowerPoint plugin and requires no software downloads. The PowerPoint Generator is Mac-compatible and may be used with either PowerPoint or the OpenOffice presentation software Impress.

To get started using the generator:

1. Add images to the "My Favorites" folder in the DMR. Images can come from the Architecture Images Collection or any Digital Media Repository collection.
2. View the "My Favorites" folder.
3. Click on the "Create" button in the lower left-hand corner in the "Save as PowerPoint Slides" section.
4. Login with your BSU username and password.
5. Choose a PPT slide format (image only, image with title, or image with metadata).
6. Open or Save the PPT presentation once it has been generated.
