The Steenbeck film machine arrived on Monday and a training session on the use of the machine was held

Maura Jasper of the Art Department will begin on Monday using the machine to view Middletown film series outtakes.
Archives/Middletown Studies will also be investigating a digitization project for the Middletown Film outtakes. The pilot project will focus on The Campaign film.

Amanda had reported that the project client was giving an error messages that was caused by metadata field nickname.
A nickname change is underway to correct this error, changing “item” to “itema” and the process is nearly completed.

No further progress on the upgrade
We will develop an Interface and Usability Working Group to evaluate the interface and usability of the DMR.

Burris Collection scanning is now complete

Muncie and Delaware Co. Historic Photographs - Box 13 access files have been created, uploaded in progress
Muncie and Delaware Co. Photograph Album collection – album has been scanned
Muncie City Improvement Collection – Quality checks underway
US Historic Maps – ongoing
Student Life Collection – collection-building underway
Muncie Public Library – creation of sub-splash pages completed
