A PIN (Personal Identification Number) is needed to access personal information for due dates on items charged out and to renew materials in CardCat through User Services.

To obtain a PIN by e-mail, please complete and submit the form below. For security reasons, PIN numbers can only be e-mailed to Ball State University e-mail accounts. Users who do not have a Ball State University e-mail account can obtain a PIN by coming to Main Circulation in Bracken Library or by calling Main Circulation, (765) 285-5143 to have a PIN mailed to them.
