Bracken Library offers Ball State University students, faculty and staff a variety of comfortable study rooms for collaborative study, learning, and small conferences. The rooms seat between 6 and 18 persons. These large and small rooms are also available for staff and campus organizations for meetings, project discussions, and planning.

VGA and/or other cables for connecting to the video displays in study rooms are available through our Educational Resources unit on the lower level.

Requests for Educational Resources Meeting Rooms 1 & 2 can be made using our online room reservation system.
To cancel reservations for rooms 008, 104, 215, 224, the Schwartz Digital Viewing Room, or the Schwartz Digital Learning Pods Room, please use the Room Cancellation Form. To cancel reservations for Educational Resources Meeting Rooms 1 or 2, please use the Study Room Reservation System.
Requests to reserve individual Scholar Carrels* (limited to Graduate Students, Doctoral Fellows, Faculty) are to be directed to the Library Asst. Dean's Office, BL-14 or call 285-1307.*
