| Followed steps for repair in printer binder which says to turn the printer off and back on. This did not fix the problem. Printer has been turned off and and an out of order sign put up. |

| I have had to swap the fuser out of printer #7 with one from out of the 8150dn printers in storage. The printer now works fine. |
