Description of Problem
Numerous reports from students of print jobs not appearing on the color copier. Copier does not seem to be processing any jobs according to the device monitor, but students have sent their jobs several times and they have yet to appear. Talked to at least one student who claimed that her file size was quite small, so hers shouldn't have been held back because of a large file size.
Steps already taken to troubleshoot this issue
Turned the copier off and on.

Often cycling the power (turning the pritner/copier off for a minute then back on) corrects these types of issues. Something to try.

I think what happened with these print jobs is that those workstations that do not currently have the color printer driver don't show an error message when the students try to color print so that they think their jobs are going to the color printer when they aren't. aet
