The problem exists with a printer

Description of Problem
Student trying to print 11 x 17 AutoCAD document to the color printer. When Arch Lib color printer is selected the option to choose a mailbox and proceed never appears. Didn't work from AutoCAD or as PDF.
Steps already taken to troubleshoot this issue
Tried color printing a Word document and the mailbox option did appear. Tried printing PDF document to Bracken 1 East color printer and the mailbox option also appeared. Didn't actually print either document, but presumably they would have printed.

Student was at workstation ULARH1-007.

Same problem at ULARH1-002. The first student was able to print her document to the color printer from another workstation--not sure which one, but it was one of the workstations near the windows.

I pulled a page from one of my PDFs, and sent to the Arch Lib color printer as an 11 x 17 page. It printed just fine. It is apparent that the problem cannot be reduplicated.
