Description of Problem
There is an issue with the new Interlibrary Loan scanners and Ariel. Both both scanners.. when we try use Ariel to scan, we get the message 'ISIS Unknown error'. We reboot the computer and then we are able to use Ariel without any issues but we must rebott the machine in order to use Ariel. Any clues?
Steps already taken to troubleshoot this issue
A reboot solves the issue but the problem is ongoing.

Details
The problem seems to be with Ariel itself. I removed the ISIS drivers for all other scanners except the active one to see if this will help.
A workaround for this issue seems to be to close and reopen Ariel with the issue occurs.
