Just received notice that ticket #LITS-5935 was being closed but the monitor still is not working.
Steps already taken to troubleshoot this issue

Blake altered display settings and he was able to get it to work.

went and triple-checked the machine & monitors (didnt want to prematurely close the ticket again)
Everything was good to go - closing ticket.
