| Description of Problem |
| I am trying to save publisher files as pdf and cannot because I don't have enough memory. These are for exhibit panels, which have large image files. |
| Steps already taken to troubleshoot this issue |
| Closed all unnecessary applications, deleted unnecessary files, and there is still not enough memory. Is there another way to do this? Do I need more memory for my computer? Thanks! Carol |

There are multiple ways to create a PDF file from Publisher. Please try the following to see if any of them work.
1. Use the "Convert to PDF" toolbar.
2. Go to File|Save As... and select "Save as type:" to ".pdf".
3. Go to File|Publish as PDF or XPS...
4. Go to File|Print ... and change the "Printer name" from your default printer to "Adobe PDF".
5. Go to File|Print ... and change the "Printer name" from your default printer to "LEADTOOLS ePrint 5" (or LEADTOOLS ePrint IV - whichever you may have).
Please let us know if one of these works.
