On-Campus Photocopying Services
Researchers may photocopy materials viewed in Archives and Special Collection if damage to the documents or images is not likely to occur. Archives and Special Collections has a photocopier available in the Reading Room. To view prices, visit the University Libraries Photocopiers Policies.
Off-Campus Photocopying Services
Archives and Special Collections will photocopy materials if damage to the documents or images is not likely to occur. The first 20 photocopies are free. After the first 20 photocopies, Archives and Special Collections charges $0.10/copy for 8 1/2 x 11 and 8 1/2 x 14 inch paper and $0.20 for 11 x 17 inch paper beginning with the first copy. If your request is more than 20 pages, we will contact you concerning payment prior to making copies.
Digitization Services
Archives and Special Collections will digitize materials if damage to the resources is not likely to occur. Digitization is provided free of charge, and is determined on a case by case basis. Please contact Archives and Special Collections at libarchives@bsu.edu.
