Summer Day Camps were offered June 11, 13 or 19. "Build A Robot". Students ages 12+ were invited to participate in the area's first-ever day-camp about robotics. The participants learned about robotics, mechanical technology, physics and more. There were fun activities to demonstrate mechanics, physics and problem-solving. Groups of student teams designed and built a robot. About 30 students from middle and high-school age groups attended. It was an exciting experience for students and mentors alike. This was a collaborative effort by Ball State University, Department of Technology, Maring-Hunt Library, and Ivy Tech Community College.
