If you are a resident of Indiana and meet Ball State's requirements for residency, then you qualify for lower in-state tuition rates. This is because the Indiana state tax dollars supplement tuition.

If you are not a resident of Indiana, you do not qualify for in-state tuition, with the exception of residents from six selected counties in Ohio as explained in our Ohio Reciprocity Agreement.
