iTunes U
iTunes
U is a cross-platform multimedia distribution
system hosted by Apple for colleges and
universities. This content can be easily accessed
and downloaded via Apple's popular
iTunes
application and then viewed on a user's computer or
on a portable MP3 player, such as Apple's iPod.
It is the vision of Ball State Teachers College that content distributed through iTunes U highlight academic and professional endeavors to serve the needs of our constituents and highlight college programs. The iTunes U initiative will take Ball State's faculty expertise to educators in Indiana and across the globe.
Content considered for iTunes U will be vetted by committee review for content, copyright, and production standards. An overview of the planning steps along with a link to the Project Request site is available at the Content Creators page.
