Since 2004, Ball State has participated in the joint program between China Education Association for International Education (CEAIE) and the China Center for International Educational Exchange (CCIEE) in China and the American Association of State Colleges & Universities (AASCU) in the US.  This initiative is meant to allow qualified Chinese students in their first year of bachelor's degree studies at one of our  1+2+1 Partners to apply through CCIEE to join the dual degree program in one of the approved majors we have agreed to offer.

Accepted students will then spend their 2nd & 3rd year of their university studies at Ball State and then return to their home university for the 4th year of their bachelor's degree program. After completing the degree requirements at both Ball State & the student's Chinese university at the end of the 4th year, the student will receive bachelor's degrees from both institutions.
