Transfer to Ball State University
F-1 students who are transferring from another U.S. educational institution (including a high school or language center) to Ball State must visit the Center for International Programs to complete a transfer notification process. The process must be completed within two weeks of the first day of class of the student's first semester at Ball State.
The following documents must be submitted in order to complete the transfer:
- Ball State issued Form I-20.
- Form I-20 from previous schools.
- Ball State issued international student transfer form completed by the International Student Office at the student's most recent school.
Transfer from Ball State to another institution
Students transferring from Ball State to another U.S. institution should obtain a Form I-20 from the new school, and complete the transfer procedure at that school.
MUNCIE, Ind. - Ball State University's Employee Activities Committee is taking reservations for a cruise next year in the western Caribbean.
The trip, scheduled for March 13-21, 2004, will be on the Carnival Cruise Line ship "Victory." After flying from Indianapolis to Miami, the cruise includes stops at the islands of Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Ocho Rios.
Cost per person based on double occupancy is $1,345 for an inside cabin, $1,495 for an outside cabin and $1,645 for an outside cabin on the upper deck with a private balcony.
Total cost includes the cruise, a one-night stay at an Indianapolis hotel, bus trip, airfare, port charges and gratuities. Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. A $100 deposit is necessary to book the trip.
