84: MediaSite Troubleshooting

When using MediaSite for distance education courses, please try using Firefox to browse the videos. Download Firefox here.

If that does not resolve the issue, you will probably need to download Windows Media Player for Mac, called Flip4Mac. You can get the most recent version here. This file will automatically open for you to install the software. Once you have installed Flip4Mac, restart your machine.

Once you have installed Flip4Mac, check the preferences by clicking on the blue or grey apple in the upper left corner of your screen and opening your System Preferences. In system preferences, you should see the green Flip4Mac circle in the lower left. Be sure that your settings are exactly as indicated in the pictures below.
