35: Panther Eligibility
Part of the agreement with Apple is system software upgrades. Faculty and Staff are eligible to upgrade from OS 10.2 (Jaguar) to OS 10.3 (Panther) by setting up appointments through the iCare Corner.
Students are able to upgrade if they purchased one of the recommended systems and purchased Apple AMP. Proof of AMP is required to upgrade for free.
