About the iCare Corner
The iCare Corner located in TC115 was created out of a need to support the laptop requirement. Students, faculty and staff all need a place to go when they have a question with regards to their laptop. The iCare Corner is a walk up tech support station for Apple related questions.
Below is a list of our frequently asked questions:
Q. What do I need to bring to the iCare Corner?
A. You will need your BSU ID with the new ID number. We recommend that you bring your laptop with you as most issues will probably be specific to your laptop. However we will be able to answer a broad range of questions that do not require you to bring your laptop.
Q. Does this cost any
money?
A. No this is a free service that is being provided to you.
