Major: Theatre, Design and Technology
Year in School: Senior
Bio: Jason began his involvement in HvZ by distributing flyers at the 2007 activity fair with Ketrow. On Incubation Day during the Spring 2008 game, a conversation with a friend pushed him into writing a game storyline with corresponding mission ideas, and he's been hard at work improving them since. Jason has experience GMing games for multiple pencil and paper systems, as well as

Name: Liz Holzer
Phone: 317.417.9179
Major: Art, Visual Communication
Year in School: Senior
Bio: Liz Holzer has been enthusiastic about HvZ from the start. She played hard throughout the Fall 2007 game, providing an always-needed element of "weird." During the Spring 2008 game, her services as a moderator were greatly appreciated, and she has been invited back for a second semester. Look for her throughout the game playing the part of "candy zombie." Anyone who shoots candy zombie will get candy.

Major: Music Education
Year in School: Sophomore
Bio: Cameron played in both games last freshmen year, enjoying thrill of watching his back as he ran around campus and of course, shooting others with nerf guns. He is attracted to every aspect of the game. With HVZ truly imbedded in his life he plans to take his experiences and use them to create a great adventures for future HVZ addicts like himself.

Name: Julie Berger
Phone: 812.207.9160
Major: Theatre, Production
Year in School: Senior (First Year)
Bio: Julie has played HvZ for the past two semesters and has loved every second of it. Last semester she played as an OZ, and had a lot of fun. This semester she feels like it is her turn to give back to HvZ and use her loud mouth and odd (yet tasty) mind as a moderator. She has enjoyed working with Jason and the rest of the moderators to help bring a new element to HvZ and she hopes the players will enjoy it too. Julie also enjoys long walks down dark alleys, blended brain smoothies, and is sadly now single.

Name: Mike Cook
Phone: 812.614.6275
Major: Anthropology
Year in School: Sophomore
Bio: Mike has played every semester since he was approached by Ketrow during the activity fair last fall. Mike has also been injured every game and may have the record for the most underhanded tag ever (ask Logan Wager). You will know he arrives when he opens one of his six mouths and sings the song that ends the world. Also by the zombie squirrels.

Name: Dan Heilmeier
Phone: 330.352.1099
Major: Telecommunications
Year in School: Sophomore
Bio: Dan Heilmeier has played in HvZ both semesters and has played hard, helping the resistance with great strategies avoiding zombies and racking up the kills as a zombie to increase the horde. He hopes to bring great ideas to HvZ to make this game even better than the previous games. He is looking forward to experiencing the game in a different way and helping all those who participate have a fun week of running around campus shooting and tagging people. Beside HvZ he enjoys pwning people in Smash Bros., and any video he knows how to play.

Fall '08 Technical Staff
|
|
Name: Brian Bauman
Phone: 317.752.6897
Major: T-Com / Comp. Sci
Year in School: Junior
Bio: Brian is not actually a moderator. Though he assumed that role last spring, he currently is assisting Jason in updating the database and website code to make it more user-friendly, functional, and all that jazz. He has no influence on rules decisions, player/weapon banning, or mission design/implementation. He does manage the forums, but is otherwise a regular player. You can usually spot him wandering around during missions with fatigues, a firefly, and a small slew of socks.
