Joe and Dan, due your circumstances, this requirement is waived. Just as well, if you came to the last meeting, you are also excused.

However, I did request the time beforehand. Remember, not EVERYONE can access that calender (let alone update it), plus the Penn State thread had been updated with the time. Overlapping falls to the guilt of the Coordinator for not keeping abreast. I will not be changing the time and I do not care if another time had been booked. Either it is over in two hours or you arrange otherwise. Sorry, I am going to be a hardliner on this one.

But thank you Dave for starting this thread. I am requiring those wanting to attend to show up and declare their interest so an accurate number can be found. I need to send this information and a roster to the Penn State organizer in order to keep their numbers current and find appropriate lodging for us. Since it is looking like we are going to have upwards of 12+ attendee's, this becomes imperative. I will also have UGC waivers on hand to hand out, plus maps to drivers if need be. If you cannot make it, I expect a PM telling me why and a good reason. If you do not show up and do not inform me otherwise, I will assume the worst.

Of course, if you want to re-add or just found out, I can try and find a spot. I won't care for it too much, but circumstances do happen. When in doubt, ask me. Please.

I have a few personal thoughts about this, but have commented them out, as being somewhat "hardlined". PM me if you care about my personal opinions, by clicking the "PM" button underneath this post.

In any case, I shall make a note of any expeditionary who is in attendance of the Officers Summit on Wednesday, and send Ryan a list of those names, so that you will not be penalized for being late, should things overlap. Given that we as officers are all a part of the same team, I hardly think that "hardlining" should be so necessary, and that we can work together to make sure that no one misses out on things they would like to be present for.

Part of this comes with pre-emptive planning. But any late person will have an excuse. Afterall, this will go on until midnight. I'll be there until everyone is checked in or midnight, whichever comes first.

Last week I had a theatre project meeting during this; this week is no different.

I may be able to attend it depends on how the night plays out.

That's fine.

If you can absolutely confirm you can go and must miss the meeting due to school, the summit, etc, then you can be exempt. But you get no say in cars or whatnot.

Just to make this easier. If there are any questions, let me know.

I'm not sure how long my rehearsal will go tonight, but I will text one of you when I get out and see if you're still up there.
