 Penn State Invitational Meeting 2 I was really bummed by the last meeting's turnout. In order to attend the Penn State Invitational, you must attend our next meeting. PLAN AHEAD. Next Wednesday, April 4th, from 9:30pm until 11:30pm in Bracken Room 404. We will be finalizing all the necessary information at this meeting so please be there.
Also we will have waivers for everyone to sign at the next meeting so you really do need to show up. If you haven't been placed in a car yet, but are still interested, please show up as well because we still have multiple spots to be filled in cars yet.

Re: Penn State Invitational Meeting 2 I know, I know... but when I went to check the calendar before booking the slot for Officers, there was nothing there. So I took advantage of What I believed to be an open slot. Sorry I don't have time to consult every thread, facebook event, and skype chat before booking spaces, because other officers can't be bothered to use the central calendar. I'll try and work on that, to make your lives easier.

And don't shoot the messenger-- I'm just pointing out that this organization has terrible scheduling habits sometimes.
But there's no real conflict here since we'll absolutely be done in 2 hours. >.>
Also, WHERE is the Officer Summit Meeting? Same pace as last time, or are reservations still being made?

Re: Penn State Invitational Meeting 2 Once again, I cannot check EVERY thread to make sure there are no conflicts. If it isn't on the calendar, I will hear no bitching. That is the way things should be, and I think I am going to start enforcing that. Maybe then I won't be the only one using the damn thing. Now, thank goodness the only real issue here is that some people might have to do two things in one evening. But let that be a lesson for the future. Secondarily, the location and time slot reserved for the summit HAVE been set already, and will be announced publicly as soon as applications go up, which should be any minute now.
