Post Ratification of the Constitution, Bylaws, and Style Guide
The most recent Policy election poll has been quite possibly the least ambiguous and best attended poll in memorable history. Thank you to each of the 35 voters who were able to put their name firmly on the line. Now, the results:

36 votes were tallied
30 voters ratified
5 voters did not
1 vote was tallied as the ever so traditional ghost vote, and abstained
(greg, you should whip up one of your awesome pie charts.)

The constitution was ratified by an 85.71% majority, and officially calls into existence the Ball State Urban Gaming League, Also known as the Ball State Urban Games League, and abbreviated as BSUGL, or colloquially as UGL, and all related games, events, and groups.
The Constitution also establishes a By-Laws and a Style Guide, to govern the day to day activities of the organization.

The By-laws are established as an incomplete document, free to form under the direction of the Executive Board, in accordance with the Constitution.
Several meetings in the near future will be held to establish the specifics thereof.

The Style Guide is established as an incomplete document, free to form under the direction of the PR committee, at the discretion of the Executive Board, and in accordance with the constitution.
The newly formed PR committee will work on the public image intentions of our organization over the coming off-season, and specifics determined will go into effect at the start of next semester, pending executive approval.

Any short term executive decisions that have already been made will stay in effect for the duration of this term. Long term Policies will take effect at the end of this term as we progress into the summer.

The Election for next term shall feature the newly created offices of Administrative Assistant and Capture the Flag Administrator. The Dagorhir administrator was elected to a term that has now changed, and a decision will be made at the next exec-board meeting regarding his term.

If anyone has any questions regarding the Constitution, and its implications, feel free to drop a line.
