 Re: Raider CS-35
Indeed. I boxed my original back up and returned it to Wal-Mart for the two drum pack!

 Re: Raider CS-35
I got a lucky one. Even stock, it's shooting so scarily well that it's outgunning my modded extended brass barrel Raider. It's not quite as accurate, but it's more consistent and capable of shooting just as far on average. Did they improve the design or what? It looks the same, but it definitely feels like an improvement.

 Re: Raider CS-35
Hmm... Well I'm sitting on three of the 'new' Raiders so I'll pop one open and see if they made any obvious changes.
I will add however that there seems to me a natural variation between guns. I've worked with a lot of Recons and for what appears to be no reason at all some fire farther than others when stock. I don't understand it, but it happens. :S

 Re: Raider CS-35
It's a scary truth that I've noticed too. It's more than just stock though. Sometimes it seems like it's all about how it's put together. I've taken guns apart, done nothing to them except theorize what I could do with them, put them back together, and they work far better than they did. Hence - I dare not crack this baby open. It shall remain my lucky Raider until it ceases it's current functionality.
