Post Zombies, zombies, everywhere
Not even a full two days has gone by, and slightly less than half of the players are zombies at the time of this posting. I like the gung-ho spirit I see in the roving zombie bands, but how's this going to last until Friday? I know that people will fall slower and slower as time goes by, and that zombies will begin to starve, but man....

Well... maybe the numbers will drop off and we can finish the storyline?

Maybe if we ask nicely, Jason will allow us to do play the rest of the story out even if we lose? =O

We ask for volunteers to go back to being human to reboot the game in the middle of playing? :p

Or we just divide the playership in half and be like "You: zombie. You: human. Now go kill each other."

I think we should concentrate on overcoming the zombie hordes. It can be done.

Human deaths will begin to DECREASE as the zombie numbers increase. We will be fine for the story and the rest of the week

Yeah, they'll start to decrease, but remember that not everyone's willing to do missions, and some will lose their nerve when the numbers dwindle. We have had instances of practically no humans showing up for missions before.

Show up to the missions. We have had our information corrupted in the past, making the humans lose automatcially because the zombies just guarded the starting points/ending points before the missions were supposed to start. I have a feeling that this will happend again, and i know i was recon for a few groups at a time, we won't charge in 5 people against 50 zombies. Just have to play it by ear, and hope the missions will be somewhat obtainable.

yes. remember - the role of the human player is that of desperation, futility, and heroism. the reason the game is worth playing is because it documents those that actively fought the zombie apocalypse in spite of seemingly insurmountable odds. these people weren't stupid - they just knew that if no one acted, then their world had literally no hope. they refused to surrender, even in the face of what was surely death, nor did they take the coward's way out and just throw themselves into the Horde.

However, in the Horde's gluttony lies its downfall. If the humans become so few in number that Horde cannot sustain itself, then the Horde will die - this isn't a fluke in the system; its a subtle balancing force built into it.

Is there any other choice? Do you not wish to live through this? Undeath is not something I think any one should welcome. Stay strong everyone. We can prevail! Hopefully with the information granted tonight a break through will be made. Maybe a way to rid Muncie of these seemingly endless undead hordes
