I. INTRODUCTION

This on-line version of The Administrator's Handbook is intended to be a comprehensive reference to common procedures and services that are provided by various university departments.  It complements the printed Summer, 2004 edition of the Handbook and supersedes all earlier editions and subsequent revisions.  In the future, updates will be made only to the on-line version. 

All users of the Handbook are encouraged to provide required changes and/or suggestions about this publication to the Office of Training and Development via campus mail (AD 350), email, or telephone, 5-1819.
