Attend this popular hands-on session to learn how to easily prepare a gourmet meal that is healthy and nutritious. Under the direction of Lucas Miller, you will discover the secrets to food selection, cooking, and serving holiday dishes. While enjoying this multi-course meal, you will also learn how BSU Dining promotes healthy options at its campus locations. There is a $15.00 fee for this session.
