Getting Along with Your Boss
This module is a video-based interactive presentation using Flash technology.  It stresses the importance of developing trust "deposits" that can be used to improve and strengthen your relationship with your boss.  In addition, you will hear many practical tips on how to get along with even the most difficult of bosses.  For instance, learn what to say when the boss makes an error; ways to tell your boss, "No;" how to compliment with sincerity; and how to ask for advice—even if you aren't sure you'll use the advice. History of BSU
This module provides a brief history of Ball State University.  It is narrated by Dr. Norman Beck, who retired in 2004 after completing 43 meritorious years of service at Ball State.  The module features photos of the university from its beginning to the present.

Managing Your Outlook Inbox

This module was developed to assist supervisors of staff personnel in the completion of the annual employee performance appraisal. It complements the material that is covered in the traditional workshop "Performance Appraisals for Supervisors of Staff Personnel."

Sexual Harassment Policy
This module is a video-based presentation using Microsoft Producer software.  It is also located in the New Employee Orientation Module.  This session focuses on the two main types of sexual harassment and the university's responsibilities and procedures for handling allegation of sexual harassment.
