This module is a video-based interactive presentation using Flash technology.  It emphasizes the proper use of e-mail—the primary mode of communication at all academic institutions. 

 Since we overuse e-mail and often forget that it remains an indirect communication tool where non-verbal cues are not required, this module reviews several practical tools that will benefit all users.  Specifically, the module focuses on e-mail etiquette and how it promotes workplace effectiveness.
