Responsibilities:  provide support to faculty content experts in developing online courses using Blackboard technology to enhance course delivery and effectiveness; collaborate with faculty and other clients to determine learning objectives, learning activities and materials, assessment strategies and provide support in the creation of online course materials for Web delivery; design online training/tutorials for instructors.

Minimum qualifications: master's degree; experience designing online college-level courses; experience teaching a college-level course; experience with Blackboard or comparable course management system; excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications:  experience with simulation or animation software; working knowledge of multimedia related software, Web 2.0 technologies, Web page design, Flash.
