Responsibilities:  possess a thorough understanding of ASP.NET/C# framework and related technologies; develop and support ASP.NET Web based solutions and enhancements for systems campus wide; manage all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation and support; perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for existing applications; design and implement new applications based on client requirements. 

Minimum qualifications:  bachelor's or master's degree with demonstrated project lifecycle experience; at least three years of programming experience in information systems with experience in ASP.NET/C# specific development including experience participating in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); demonstrated knowledge and experience in system analysis, design, and related tools and technologies; proven analytical skills to acquire an understanding of the process flow and functional purpose of web based applications and systems structures; demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and train software developers; strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred qualifications:  at least five years of system development and programming experience; experience with large-scale applications in a leadership role; extensive knowledge of SDLC processes and methodology and IT project leadership; highly proficient in C#, ASP.NET, HTML, SQL server, and other Microsoft technologies.
