Two tenure-track positions available August 22, 2008. Major responsibility: classroom and clinical teaching in baccalaureate community health, medical-surgical, and leadership/management in undergraduate and graduate programs; student advising. Minimum qualifications: master's degree in nursing; earned doctorate degree with a dissertation in nursing (Ph.D., D.N.S.) or a related field (Ph.D., Ed.D.) by date of appointment.
Preferred qualifications: teaching experience in higher education; clinical nursing experience in related area of teaching; demonstrated scholarly activities; record of success of published research in refereed journals; ability to communicate effectively; ability to integrate technology in nursing education.
