Graduate Assistantship available August 25, 2008.  Responsibilities:  work with the Head Coach in all aspects of the women's cross country/track program; assist in all practice sessions and competitive events; assist in the pre-season and in-season conditioning programs; assist with day-to-day operations of the program, including player development, recruiting, clinics, and meet management; make a strong commitment to and have a responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Ball State University, the Mid-American Conference and the NCAA.  

Minimum qualifications:   bachelor's degree; be admitted to the Graduate School and apply to a master's program; coaching experience or competitive experience at the collegiate level.  Tuition remission and a yearly stipend of $7,300 will be provided.
