Contract faculty position available August 22, 2008, for the academic year with possibility for renewal.  Responsibilities:  teach 12 hours per semester, including courses related to actuarial science and other mathematics courses; pursue a program of personal professional development; perform service activities for the department. 

Minimum qualifications:  master's degree; designation of Fellow by a professional actuarial science society, such as the Casualty Actuarial Society or Society of Actuaries. 

Preferred qualifications:  experience as a professional actuary; collegiate teaching experience.
