Course Articlulation Systems (CAS) Technician, TICO, Office of Academic Systems

Professional one-year contract position available immediately.  Responsibilities:  serve as technical advisor to Statewide and BSU Implementation Teams for the Transfer Indiana Initiative; direct the integration of CAS; oversee data transfers and meet client requests; provide specifications, support, and training to associated technical support staff and work in partnership with various technical staff from both public and private institutions as required.  Minimum qualifications:  bachelor's or master's degree with demonstrated deep technical knowledge in the area of information technology, integration, and system analysis; at least two years of proven experience in programming, support, tools, and technologies available for application development; demonstrated expertise in information technology project leadership; strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with a variety of clients and engagements. 

Preferred qualifications:  five or more years in project management/leadership; extensive programming, systems analysis, and development in higher education systems.
