Scheidler Apartments offer two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments north of the football stadium at Tillotson Avenue and McGalliard Road. All 450 units are townhouses with bedrooms and bath upstairs and all are electrically heated. All units have been renovated. There are a limited number of furnished apartments available also.

The designated elementary school is Mitchell Elementary School (adjacent to the complex), the middle school is Northside Middle School, and high school students attend Muncie Central High School.

Please note: Three-bedroom apartments are reserved for residents with at least two children living with them.
