Eligibility Guidelines
*Married students
*Students with dependent children
*Upperclass and graduate single students (63 or more credit hours)
*Students age 21 and over

Students must take a minimum of 8 undergraduate credit hours per semester, or 6 graduate credit hours per semester.

An unmarried student may have a same-sex roommate in a two-bedroom apartment. Single students under junior status are not eligible unless they are 21 years of age or older. Students with disabilities may be assigned, by recommendation of Disabled Student Development, to a limited number of modified units.

Applicants must be admitted to the university and all account holds must be cleared before a contract may be sent. Cohabitation is not permitted.
