These unique experiences enable students to develop and strengthen the skills identified in a recent study conducted by the National Association of Career Employment as the skills employers want college graduates to have when entering the workforce. The areas include communication, organizational skills, strong work ethic, motivation, honesty and integrity, flexibility and adaptability, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and computer skills. Many of these abilities can be learned through one of the many student positions with Housing and Residence Life.
