He is the author of over thirty articles on social studies education. In the Fall 2004, he led a Virginia B. Ball Center for Creative Inquiry seminar, “Wayne County Intersections: Traces and Trails,” in which the students’ studies resulted in the creation of a traveling exhibit, exhibit catalogue, DVD, and traveling artifacts trunk that was shared with the people of Whitewater Valley and the state of Indiana.
