Biography

Michael Doyle is the co-Editor and contributor to Imagine Nation :The American Counterculture of the 1960s and '70s and author of the forthcoming volume Free Radicals: The Haight Ashbury Diggers and The American Counterculture of the 1960s.   Doyle co-authored with two board members of the Woodstock Preservation Alliance a 46-page case file entitled The 1969 Woodstock Festival Site: A Cause for Preservation. He also serves as director of the Department's Public History Program as well as Director of the Public History Internship Program.
