Objectives for 2007-2008 will be addressed through the use of Implementation Teams.  These teams will involve students, alumni, and/or staff and will be the ways that we can move forward on these items.  Please review the information on this page to learn more about the implementation teams, to receive update on the teams' progress and to keep track of the implementation of the strategic plan.

  • Meet monthly (minimum).  If an alumnus or alumna cannot physically attend the meeting a conference call is acceptable
  • Submit draft plans periodically and a detailed implementation plan by established deadline
  • To be knowledgeable about the Greek community strategic plan
  • Attend team meetings
  • Complete tasks outside team meetings when necessary
  • Educate your fellow chapter members about the Greek Strategic Plan
  • Replace yourself – As members graduate/leave, new people should be recruited
