Accountability Observations

There is a lack of accountability among many chapters. Often, members are unwilling to hold other members accountable for their actions, and many members try to place blame for problems anywhere except themselves and their chapter.

Develop an accreditation process for chapters at Ball State that goes beyond the current Greek Excellence Document. This should include expectations, incentives, consequences, and university support and be closely tied to values and vision of the community.
SOA needs to work with chapters to create or empower their internal judicial/standards boards.
