As a graduate student, Ball State offers everything you need for a comfortable and affordable living environment.
On Campus
University Apartments
We think University Apartments is one of the best kept secrets in apartment living for Ball State students. With five floor plans to choose from, we offer comfortable, affordable homes for single students and students with families. The apartments are located close to campus, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and schools.
University Apartments offer two communities: Anthony and Scheidler Apartments. Apartments are available in one-, and two-bedroom styles, and townhomes are available in two- and three-bedroom styles. Most utilities are included in the rates, which can mean real savings with increased gas/heating charges in the winter. And, when you decide to live at University Apartments, you've chosen a staff that deliver prompt and courteous service, in a professional manner, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
We believe University Apartments are a great value! Complete an application on our web site at www.bsu.edu/housing/ua.
Residence Halls
Graduate students may choose to live in our residence halls. Shively Hall is open year-round, including holiday breaks. Elliott Hall is our oldest residence hall on campus. Both halls have rooms designated for students who are over 21. Both halls are located near classroom buildings and students living in the halls also may choose a meal plan of their choice. There are eight Dining locations throughout campus and each location features a wide variety of foods. To learn more about living in the residence halls and eating on campus, visit the web at www.bsu.edu/athome.
Off Campus
Graduate students also can choose from a variety of off-campus apartment complexes and residences that are within walking distance or a short drive from campus. To view detailed descriptions of several Muncie area apartments go to: www.springstreet.com.
