Graduate and doctoral assistants will normally not accept outside employment. If a limited amount of outside employment is deemed advisable, the department chairperson concerned must approve such employment. If such additional employment is at Ball State University, the approval of the dean of the Graduate School is also required.

International graduate students with assistantships are normally not allowed to accept additional employment.  For more information, contact the Rinker Center for International Programs.
